Diet fail..

Went to the cinema and had a hotdot and some popcorn, was too hard to resist the temptation..
But I'm on a calorie deficit diet, so besides that and lunch I haven't eaten anything else all day, luckly I don't have any snacks at  my house so there's nothing for me to eat without cooking, which would require cleaning something ahaha.

Dieting is hard work, have to work harder!

  1. I know exactly what you mean! I'm trying to eat about 1200 calories a day, but I exercise so much that I get so super hungry. I try to keep apples, carrots, and nuts on hand for when I get snack cravings. I also find that drinking a lot of water (like, 12+ cups a day) helps with the cravings.

But it's okay to have mess up days. Some diet experts say that you should take one day off from strict dieting, just to keep metabolism working properly. Don't kill yourself trying to maintain a strict caloric intake. Everyone has mess up days.

    Keep strong!

  8. As much as I love M&Ms and popcorn, I go to the movies and I never buy more than the drink.

  9. If you are planning to lose A LOT of weight just stick with some vegetarian or macrobiotic food.
It's tasty and are energy bombs so you wont get hungry that soon.

  13. Snacks are the toughest temptation for me too, sitting at my computer to all ours wanting to have something to do with my spare hand.

Keep at it, I'm sure you can do it ^_^

  14. Deadlines are good for diets. No deadlines = procrastination = forever fat =)

  16. In my experience, lots of exercise is more effective than dieting. You could always just burn off those extra calories :P

  17. I don't really need to fight my temptation of snacks and confectioneries, the price of stuff at theaters is enough to hold me back.

  19. Always remember that your body craves things for a certain reason! If you're wanting candy bars, think if your body needs essential oil, fats, or? something? Not all calories are bad ;)
