Weight lost~

Checked my weight earlier this morning and it seems I've lost 2-3kg (4.4-6.6lb) in the past week or so. It's nice to see I'm making progress, now I just need to continue with it and hopefully lose some more weight~

  5. Good job, I remember when I put up like 10-20 lb through 2 years of high school because I ate out every day. Luckily, for the last 2 year of high school, I had for the most part home cooking and a part-time job. Seems like the combination of those two things really help me shed out everything I gained and more.
