Did I even dream last night..

Not even sure.. Maybe I did but have forgotten it already, I've always wanted to keep a track of my dreams, heard it helps you remember them as well as lucid dreaming. I remember lucid dreaming as a child and it was a lot of fun, would be nice to be able to do that these days.

  4. You have to keep a journal next to your bed, so when you wake up right away your dream is still fresh inside your head! ^.^ Once you can remember your dreams, you can recognize when you are in a dream so then you can start lucid dreaming.

  5. I don't think I've ever had a lucid dream. I've read a lot about them, and I tried everything I could to induce them...but to no avail.
Good luck with the lucid dreaming!
Also, most people tend to forget their dreams within the first half hour of consciousness, so I'd suggest keeping a notebook right next to your bed and writing in it as soon as you wake up. That's always helped me, until I stopped dreaming, that is.

  6. the best book to read about lucid dreaming is Stephan LaBerge
Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming
without this book i don't think i would have ever mastered the art of lucid dreaming.

  7. I've done this a few times, My dreams are crazy, I can lucid dream at will. The best thing to do in a lucid dream is to look into a mirror.

  13. Most people over the age of 10 dream at least 4 to 6 times per night during called REM. During REM periods our brains become as active as they are during waking. REM periods vary in length from 5 to 10 minutes for the first REM period of the night to as long as 30-34 minutes later in the night. It thus seems likely that dreams can be a half hour or more in length. That's why you cant remember your dreams sometimes.

  17. Not to promote drug use, but melatonin is a natural supplement that is known to help with sleep and also lead to having lucid dreams, which is good because lucid dreams can be quite vivid and stick in your mind. Another tip, try and keep a notebook near your bed so that you can jot down notes about yours dreams the moment you awake while they are still fresh in you mind.
